New pending proposal
NIH proposal submitted for High-resolution TEM and supporting sample preparation tools.
A group of faculty led by Leonard Pease, Rober Marc and Erik Jorgensen applied for High-resolution TEM and supporting sample preparation tools. Imaging and Diffraction enables elemental mapping in the TEM mode at a high spatial resolution. Energy filtered electron diffraction patterns using the energy filtering allow observation of fine details not possible in unfiltered conventional TEM images.
